All engagements are governed by a signed Statement of Work. Payment: 50% upon signing, balance on completion (projects). Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Cancellation: 30 days’ written notice for retainers. Discovery session fees are non-refundable. All work product, recommendations, and deliverables remain confidential between parties. Pricing valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Custom scoping available upon request.
